I have been training for many years which I thought I was doing the right thing.
After making contact with Laura discussing my food intake training programme, it was apparent I wasn’t focussing on key areas.
The impact of this, I have become fitter stronger, developing a better balanced routine, thus allowing me to focus on key priorities.
I highly recommend you to make contact.

Laura is such a lovely person. She’s focussed on the holistic lifestyle not just on my weight. She’s up to date with research and helps me reach my goals.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Little but effective lifestyle changes. Increasing movement, ensuring the foods they eat are nurturing the body and useful not a hinderance to wellness, increasing quality sleep and changing their perception on themselves, managing positive thoughts, helping them be free of micro stressors and learning how to calm the nervous system.
