How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We first sit down and discuss what your objectives are and what you would like to get out of the gym.

Once that is established I will then do an assessment to check mobility to ensure the right muscles are being strengthened.

With the PT sessions I am very detailed in how my clients move technically and ensure that they do everything to a high standard. The progression is to setup a training and nutrition plan so they can follow it at their own gym and at home.

The key to hitting the goals is the support I offer which can include weekly check ins with my body composition machine to ensure all of my clients are on track.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is consistency and balance. I am a firm believer that you should not be starving yourself and forcing yourself to do training you don't enjoy. We, together will work out sustainable nutrition plans with the weight training you enjoy to get the results. That way you will ensure that you are not burning out and therefore getting the results

What do you love most about your job?

What I love about my job is the coaching itself. I have such a wide range of clients and I help everyone fall in love with the training suited to them. Getting results for my clients is the most rewarding thing. But this just isn't about aesthetics, it can be improving your mobility, hitting a PB, fitting into your jeans that you haven't been able to, being able to squat having had a hip replacement. Everyone's success can look completely different.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am highly driven as a Personal Trainer. I have high aspirations to own my own gym and love the freedom of doing things the way I want to.

Why should our clients choose you?

One of the main reasons that separates me is the level of rowing I have reached and the hard work it took to get me there. To do a sport requires a huge amount of dedication and it is this quality I love to share with my clients. I know what it takes to get results and I treat all of my clients like athletes.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I provide online coaching which is very detailed and specific to my clients needs. You get a lot of big companies out there that send generic training plans. My plans update on a weekly basis and even tell you what weights you should be lifting for each set. It's the hands on approach that I feel is so important for results.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have cleaners that come into my studio everyday and wipe down equipment with anti-bacterial. We also have cleaning products in the gym that clients can use when needed.
