If you have injuries that restrict your exercise regime, Simon will help you find ways around this. Having continuous issues with tendonitis, RSI, Carpal Tunnel etc, Simon took the time to show me how to do exercises that didn't aggravate them but that still worked my shoulders, back and arms. He also helped me to improve my squats and showed me a few core exercises I didn't know about. He worked around all of my injuries and I can feel the benefit (and a good ache) from the exercises he showed me today. Throughout, he made sure that I wasn't in any discomfort (that wasn't supposed to be there haha). I honestly feel like the exercises he's shown me are more beneficial to my posture than the ones that I was shown in my NHS physio appointments (they caused me pain and felt like they were doing less for me overall, even months along the line). After this session, my injuries are no more painful than they were yesterday, which is great because I am always worried about a flare-up. Worth booking a session with him for sure. :D More...

I've was suffering from really bad lower back pain which was waking me up every night for over a year. Sometimes the pain was so bad I couldn't walk properly in the morning.
I'd tried physiotherapy, different exercises at home, even a few sessions with another PT and nothing helped.
Working with Simon has made a huge difference to my life - I am pain free and fitter and stronger than I've been for years. He really knows what he is talking about and I would recommend him to anyone!

This is Michelle. I started training with Simon Jack Witney in January 2015. (Barry started Dec 2014) In this time we have developed a very good rapport and we consider him a friend as well as a trainer. He knows his stuff which fills me with confidence and pushes me on. He watches my form very closely and explains the moves clearly. Our sessions are varied, never repetitive. Simon plans our sessions and what our next progression should be. When I first started 10 short months ago I struggled with bodyweight movements, now I've moved on to deadlifts, squats, rows, bench press, curls and other exercises all of which have been taught with form in mind instead of sheer weight. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By regularly training my clients and teaching my clients how to perform exercises and pushing them, ideally 2-3 times a week,
I use similar movements for each of my clients and by simply varying the exercise selection i can find a way for my clients to individually find their own success.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, it's just hard work, consistency and patience.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that i get to teach clients new exercises and i help people get fitter and stronger.
What inspired you to start your own business?
So i have control over what goes in and if i see something not right i can call the shots to correct it.
