Many people do not view diet as what it is to your body, it is the fuel that keeps it working in optimal conditions. A healthy diet is often thought of as restrictive and plan however a well rounded and moderated diet need not be either of these.

We offer a range of services that that can be taken as a stand alone service or as part of a combined package.

These services include 1-2-1 personal training. small group training session for up to 6 friends, health & fitness MOT, sports performance analysis, posture assessment, jogging/cycle partner, lifestyle consultation

Distance services include training plans, dietary assessment, diet planning.

Firstly we must look at what a dream is, a dream is a wish, a goal without a plan of action or a timescale.

To achieve your dream body your must:
- Be 'SMART' with your goals
- Be Dedicated ~ you need a reason why you are doing it, when it become challenging and you feel like giving up this gives you your reason to fight on.
- Be Patient ~ it wont happen over night but it will happen.
- Have a plan of action ~ simply having an action plan isn't enough, you must act.
- Enjoy it ~ the destination is wonderful but never forget to admire the beauty along way.
- Have milestones ~ milestones should be retentive however they are not just there to mark the way, they also mark success and should be celebrated.

The Body achieves what the mind believes!

I love seeing people demolish boundaries they have put in their own way by over coming challenges I have set them. When the people I train make their dream reality, be it in the ring or a life goal, I get to see them glow with happiness as their confidence grows.

My family are very often my greatest motivators but also the cause of great frustration, after watching the long, slow and painful recovery process of cancer close family members suffered it was clear to me that too many of us do not treasure the precious gift of good health.
Having the knowledge that enables me to help change peoples lives for the better I knew investing in people and their health, fitness and happiness would be very rewarding.

I returned to personal training after under taking my own journey to get back to the body I felt happy and confident with, I understand the struggles and challenges that come with juggling a busy life whilst trying to achieve the seeming impossible.
Sometimes all you need is a little motivation and a new prospective of the situation for example, Impossible = I'm Possible = I AM POSSIBLE!
