Thalbir has been on a quest of self-discovery ever since she can remember and has been practising Yoga for over twelve years. Thalbir enjoys sharing the never-ending art of connecting breath with movement and harmonising the mind with body and spirit. Inspired by the uplifting and healing impact Thalbir herself has experienced from stress related illness she decided to develop her practice by undertaking the Yogacampus (London 2012-14) Teacher Training Diploma and has been teaching for over 6 years now.
