Hotpod Yoga Notts has been delivering a ‘real-life’ approach to yoga since its launch in 2014 with pods in Nottingham city centre (NG1), West Bridgford (NG2) and Long Bennington (NG23).
You’ll catch us inflating with daily immersive classes that are suitable for every body and every mind: ladies, gentleman, beginners, seasoned professionals, young and old! You need only bring water and a towel to enjoy the unique immersion that is a Hotpod Yoga class – an active and passive flow of postures in our other-worldly 20 person inflatable Pod – heated to 37 degrees to supercharge the yoga experience.
Stopped by the at1.space while I was visiting for 3 days from Paris. I love the studio and atmosphere. Very warm and welcoming. I stayed after the vinyasa session for a coffee and to get some work done. I definitely recommend popping in.
I started with Rob almost a year ago the only exercise I was doing at the time was running I was getting fitter but needed help and advice on my diet as I am a fussy eater, Rob worked alongside me with this as I wasn't eating properly or often enough but amazingly I have now lost almost 2st in weight and my health/fitness has never been so good. I have 1to1 session with Rob once a week and I also attend his boot camps twice a week which are very invigorating but fun too I have made several new friends at these sessions a great mix of age and ability all trying to achieve the same goals. I would recommended Rob wholeheartedly to anyone.
I completed a 6 week yoga course at Ravensdale Children’s Centre with Tatiana. This course was aimed at mums with young babies and Tatiana skilfully taught adult yoga moves whilst incorporating the babies into the sessions.
I cannot explain clearly enough how Tatiana was able to personalise each yoga move for each participant whilst maintaining a fluid and productive session. All mummies in the group were beginners with differing yoga experiences and Tatiana paced each session considerately, with just enough level of challenge. There were always options to make a move more difficult or easier, depending on needs.
Tatiana was sensitive to the needs of the babies and was very relaxed when babies needed feeding, changing, cuddling or entertaining. During all moves, she explained clearly how to include your baby from holding them to hugging them to tickling them.
Both myself and my baby thoroughly enjoyed each session and came away happy and relaxed. Thank you.
My first try of yoga and hot yoga. If you are considering this do it. I’m 45 and have tried many classes and this is by far the best x I’ve been missing out for 45 years x it’s relaxing but hard work too x I feel so relaxed and cosy x I just know from this my first session that this is my new addiction x thank you hot pod yoga and Maria u were ace tonight x
I have just spent a week on Amy's yoga retreat in Ibiza and it is impossible to put into words quite how amazing she is as a teacher. She has just the right balance of spiritual and physical in her teaching and explains the asanas as she goes along and the significance behind them. She is so patient and gentle with people who are struggling and just being in her presence is so calming and relaxing. The only negative is that I don't live close enough to her to attend her weekly classes �. Thank you Amy for being you. �
Fab yoga classes....Tabitha is a great teacher and there is a lovely atmosphere in the classes. Has definitely helped strengthen my core and back , helped with my posture and I always feel a lot more relaxed and positive after the classes. Would highly recommend!
I enjoy a wonderful rejuvenating weekly Yoga class and occasional weekend meditation and healing sessions. A wonderful safe space and very knowledgeable teacher . I highly recommend Praxis Yoga as a place of study and personal/spiritual development.
