In flow yoga we synchronize the breath with the movement to create a complete mind/body experience, moving into and out of our poses in time with our inhalations and exhalations.
Classes are themed, focusing on one peak (or key) pose for four weeks to enable students to develop their alignment, strength and most importantly confidence! However you can join the class at any time, you need not wait for the next four week block to begin.

I can certainly recommend Sole 2 Soul yoga classes as a good way to relieve stress and gain a feeling of wellbeing.
