When I moved to a large city in 2002, I went to my first yoga class at a studio and fell in love.
I adored how yoga made me feel, both physically and mentally. It allowed me to empty my mind of all its' troubles and worries and find the inner peace I was seeking.
After just one class, I made the decision to help others by teaching yoga to them. I specifically wanted to work with busy professional people and groups, helping them to destress and live their lives to the fullest, so I started our company, Innergy Corporate Yoga.

Yes, we use Zoom to safely provide yoga, meditation and more online to 1-2 people or a larger group. This is a safe and convenient way to enjoy all the benefits that yoga has to offer.
We are meeting most of our customers safely online at the moment. When we do meet our clients in person, we wear a mask, we don't share props like mats or blocks, we have the client open the door when possible, and we social distance, staying at least 6 feet apart. We also offer the option for a completely hands off approach if the client prefers that.

Carol is the most genuine person. I was hesitant about talking to someone about my problems and she made feel so comfortable. In a short amount of time she managed to shed some light on a few things and I felt heard for the first time in a long time. I felt hopeful. She definitely has a gift for helping people who are struggling with life. I will definitely keep talking to her.
