How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

It all begins with finding everything I can about the client and the reason for their goal. I tend to look further than just exercising because what goes on in their life plays a huge part as well as their mental side of it which gets overlooked by personal trainers. Once that is in place, achieving their fitness goals will be achievable without any distractions.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret of getting the body of your dreams is to learn to feel comfortable with your own body. It's easy to look at yourself in the mirror and pick out parts you may not like but that does not mean it doesn't look good, as mentioned in the previous question, the mental side of a person is vital in achieving their goals.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people improve or change their life so that they can go on with their life with a smile on the face. There isn't a better satisfaction when the client achieves something that they never thought was possible. It's the personal trainer's job to help and motivate people.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The freedom it comes with owning your own business, yes it is difficult because the income isn't guaranteed especially at the start but knowing that you are doing something worthwhile and helpful is worth it.

Why should our clients choose you?

I see myself as a motivator, getting the best out of my clients and unlocking their potential by supporting them throughout their journey. You would be surprised how much you can accomplish, sometimes all you need is a little nudge.

Helping people with mental health or a stressful life with fitness is a big factor for me. I am motivated to help people as much as I can by integrating fitness into their lives. Having used exercise in my own life to help me, I can see the benefits it can have on a person.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

As a personal trainer, I wear a mask to protect the client as well as trying to keep distance and I wipe down every equipment that gets used. I also offer online services incase the client does not feel comfortable in person.
