Working with Martin was a dream, originally started working with him during the Covid pandemic when no gyms were open and was only limited to 1 exercise out of the house per day, Martin began to send me over PowerPoints that he had made and gave me a call to make sure I understood the PowerPoints and that we were both on the same page on where I wanted to take myself physically, something that worked really well as there was never any miscommunication and I began to get a in-depth understanding about nutrition and fitness, and had time frames that I’d be able to see and know when I was going to reach my results. I went from being unfit to a machine within 3 months while Martin was still making sure all my fitness training was game specific, and that my dietary requirements were up to date for cutting down my body fat percentage while still adding weight he would do this by making sure we had a catch up on a weekly basis and that I would send weight and measurements in to make sure everything was going as it should.
When rugby season was about to start we went through many performance enhancing supplements that would help my game this is we’re I feel Martin really shone with his knowledge and was always update with new studies and supplements that had been tested. During pre season we came out of the Covid period and began working in the gym together where he would make sure that technique was right and that my training was adapted to my need and what we was trying to get out of it for the season forth coming and where abouts in the season we were as it would change pre, mid and end of season. Ultimately I cannot recommend Martin enough someone who was always there when needed and made sure I knew what was going on within my body and that was the reason why I was getting the results that I got, I went from playing amateur rugby league to playing semi pro then pro all with in the space of 12 months and I put a huge part of that down to Martin and how he helped me
