I started training with Nina to improve my general fitness in preparation for running my first half marathon- the Great North Run. Although I found it difficult, Nina was careful to work me at a level that was the right challenge. She encourages you in a fun and positive way during the session as well as checking that you're managing. Nina corrects your technique and checks in with you afterwards to see how you're getting on and to offer you homework throughout the week.
I've had a love hate relationship with exercise but I've always looked forward to going to the sessions and the sense of achievement afterwards has been fabulous. I've continued to see Nina once a week and my general fitness and strength levels have improved significantly.

I always thought I was a fit person until I attended a health screening about 5 years ago at my work and discovered that being a 'weekend warrior' did not qualify as 'fitness'.
After this shock I decided to become a Personal Trainer and did this for a couple of years.
I am a qualified personal trainer that works out of the DW Sports Gym at Westwood Cross. I am also availabe to train people at their homes.
I also run a fitness and fat loss Boot Camp - Smash the Fat.
The AM camp runs out of DW Sports at Westwood Cross on a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday morning 6.30 am to 7.30am.
I am also qualified to deliver nutritional advice and help set up nutritional plans.
