I train people either in their own home, outside, at work or at various studios around West Yorkshire. I work with people of all fitness levels, from beginner to athlete. Everyone's program is tailored to their individual needs. I always set goals (short term, mid term and long term), which along with a personalised plan can really help keep you focused and motivated. Half hour sessions are available for the cost of £21.00

What is included?
The cost includes the time and resources spent researching and writing your individual plan, food diary analysis, the use of our equipment and supporting advice sheets. The fee also covers our costs and time in travelling to your requested location.
