How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All clients must complete a PARQ we then sit down and discuss, short term/long term goals and how these will be achieved. I offer continuous support and encouagement

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved health and fitness! After becoming extreamly ill I lost all my fitness and also dropped 2 stone and lost muscle as a result of this. Fitness to me is being healthy, so once I was fit and well I began training again and got myself back up to my peak fitness and this is what inspired me to help others, If I can do this after my limitations then anyone can. I am the proof in that you can make change happen! I am passionate about what I do and confident in the service I offer.
