I keep the training simple and support clients via a state of the art App that sets out workouts with videos to remind them of exercises. The App is also used to record their progress and maintain accountability. I programme for results and clients train with intent.

I make my clients feel great again, to love themselves and gain confidence. Consistent work, sensible eating and accountability combined with exercises that are simple and effective. Training both 1-2-1 or as a couple with myself, clients also have workouts to do on their own. They record what they do and we work as a team.

Seeing people transform their bodies, feeling fantastic and telling me how others have seen them change.

I have had my own struggles and this has allowed me to inspire, support and help others get to where they want to be.

You will see increased strength, improved fitness and results in the first month. You will feel great, have increased energy and improved mood. I will teach you how to become an independent trainer so you can make lifelong changes.

My clients transform from 1-2-1 to blended and finally online training. You will be an independent trainer with the skills and knowlege to train in the gym on your own.

At The Gym Group, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Thorough and frequent cleaning by staff there are:
- Cleaning Stations for members
- Fresh air ventilation system
- Hand sanitising stations

We will continue to adopt a high standard of cleaning throughout the gym and our teams will be on hand to sanitise equipment and high touch points using certified anti-viral sanitation solution.

You will find sanitising spray and paper towels available for you to use at our Cleaning Stations and we have a hand sanitiser dispenser ready for you to use once you enter the gym and as you leave.

Services

Either 1-2-1, as a cople, friends together orcsmall group. I deliver a 90 Day Challenge and it’s not just one or two PT sessions a week, more a lifestyle that allows you to get to where you want to be.

The programme is designed to lay a foundation, build strength and skills allowing you to become an independent trainer at the end of the three months.  This will help you get into the best shape you’ve been in for some time. 

As an AthleticsUK Coach in Running Fitness I help runners remain resilient, injury free, go further & get faster. Whether you are starting out, can run 5K on a Saturday, or indeed run longer distances, I can improve your performance and make you stand out from the crowd.
