We begin with the basics - we look to create positive habits and consistency. We look at current habits and mindset around these. We create a strong 'Why'!
We create accountability. We look at food choices and beliefs and habits around those too. Mindset is key on your health and fitness journey.

Sustainability and consistency and most of all patience and commitment. Remember your 'WHY'!

I always enjoyed my own training and had trained in small groups myself, as well as having my own PT at various stages of my life. I recognised that there was a demand for a more structured training product in the way of small groups, and Silk Fitness Therapy was set up with my colleague Mike.

What we offer in Macclesfield as a gym is unique, and that style is echoed in my 1-1 personal training.

I have had my own health journey, as many people do, but it has inspired me to work with women of all ages to create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

I love seeing the joy in peoples faces when they achieve a new mile stone in their journey and the shifts and changes that occur in their personal and professional lives at the same time.

We all have our own journey in life and I have invested massively in myself in terms of personal development and self awareness over the past four years. I want to share my knowledge and skills with you, so that you will also believe that anything is possible in life.

We really do create our reality!

Apart from training in a small private facility with fantastic equipment at hand, you will be training much more than your body!
I believe in creating solid relationships with my Clients so they generally are much more than Clients. I am open and sympathetic to your own needs and will be available 24/7 for support and accountability. I will be there to support you, but you have to want to do the work!

I am willing to travel within a five mile radius but ideally prefer to work face to face rather than online. However, please message me if you would like to talk about online services, we can certainly look at it.

The space I train in is a private facility with a small membership base and so traffic is limited. There are never more than 10 people in the gym area at any one time.

We have specific cleaning schedules in place and all equipment is cleaned after each use.

Want to be part of a community? We offer small group personal training in groups of up to 6 people in a private training facility. Sessions are coach led, pre programmed and progressive. Both strength training and cardio conditioning to give you a variety of training styles to suit your requirements.
