I’m a ex professional boxer who has been boxing coaching and personal training for over 6 years and have owned my own studio for over 4 years now. Rob also works in the studio offering personal training sessions.

Often I offer a split session of boxing and weights. I find this a great combination to help lose weight and gain muscle, also while teaching you a new skill.
Its important to keep the training interesting and enjoyable while also working hard.
