My nutrition advice will teach you healthy, simple behaviours around food and lifestyle that have extreme impact on your wellbeing, weight and body fat percentage. You will learn how to plan menus, even if your lifestyle is hectic, how to eat better with simple hacks and how to work around various situations (including any kind of stress, a mountain of free donuts at work, or any other personal circumstance-related). I will provide you with a tailored macros breakdown, meal and menu ideas customised to your needs and dietary preferences (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, various macronutrient proportion preferences, IBS, food intolerances and allergies). I will teach you how to eat and adjust the food portions in relation to your body goals. I will provide you with the most tailored, easy to understand and easy to follow guidelines and I will do my upmost to help you achieve your goals. I can develop also develop a customised meal plan you can follow. I specialise in nutrition for weight loss and toning, but I can also assist with variety of body goals such as muscle and /or strength building, or to identify and improve food intolerances. I teach a unique self-defence program derived from Philipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's system). I can also provide boxing / kick-boxing lessons. My training sessions are always varied and fun, can incorporate martial arts/ boxing elements, but most importantly they are focused on your body/fitness/health goals and progressing you to where you want to be. Please note that I am not associated with any gym at the moment and I currently don't have my own studio. I typically train my clients outdoors, in their apartment's gym, or use Hussle website to purchase gym passes in the location that works for my client and I. The training is always customised to your health status, any medical conditions you have as well as your preferences. • Boxing/ Kick-boxing and self-defence lessons are tailored to your requirements and level of knowledge. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

I have a 'whole person' approach to what I do. Your mind, body, health, emotions, feelings, environment (work, stress, children etc), culture, social aspects of your life and so on are all linked together. If you eat right amounts of foods that nourish you, you support (and help fix) your health, fitness, wellbeing, but also all other aspects of your life.
Healthy diet, but also healthy lifestyle in general can transform you incredibly.
It will still be you, but so much better; a 2.0 version of you!
