How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

You may be surprised to find that, at Food4Life Coach, we believe that there is no such thing as a “well-balanced” diet. Foods that may be good for one person may not be suitable for another.

What do you love most about your job?

In short, I love seeing clients improve their health and feel free from pain. My first client (all those 15 years ago) was on the verge of going onto long-term sick leave from her firm, but changing her diet, not only enabled her to carry on working, but also give her a much better quality of life. This is when I truly realised how transformative diet was to someone's health and it can be very easy too!
