My job it’s a tough one, it challenges me every day, requires me to always plan and be prepared, pushes me to always be better! My usual day starts at 6am and that’s my absolute favourite time of the day! You must know that I struggled with yo-yo dieting for years, ever since I was a teenager. On most days I couldn’t get out of bed, because of bad eating habits and lack of physical exercise.
I tried most of the diets out there, you name it- I’ve done it! It was a constant up and down for me.
I reached the point where I just had to honestly admit to myself that most of things I was was doing weren’t sustainable for my body and the type of lifestyle I was living. Things needed changing, and that time I decided to do things properly, hire help and be patient.
Fast forward few years, I have not only managed to lose and keep off the weight, I’m in my best shape ever! I changed careers from working in an office environment, moved into fitness and run an online coaching company! I do what I enjoy most- help others to loose weight, build muscle, strength and resilience to exercise regularly. I am also doing a lot of work to promote wellbeing and mental health in workplace through the company I have co-founded called BeThriving Wellness. We deliver wellness seminars, workshops and mindfulness classes.
