Julia has been absolutely amazing. I love working with her and for the first time I actually look forward to going to the gym.
This is my first proper experience with a personal training. But from my first trial session I knew I wanted to continue working with her. She has made me feel so confident, capable and strong and is so funny and encouraging. She has been fantastic at adapting to my needs and has offered great advice on equipment, home routines and diet/nutrition. If you want a personal trainer who’s going to let you not finish a set or who will let you get away with slacking - do not choose Julia!

Julia is a true professional and great fun to workout with. She really does practice what she preaches She'll push you to your limits (or what you thought were your limits) and beyond. But she will listen to your needs and devise a plan that you can workout to. You will notice the difference in muscle tone and strength over time. Hi Julia,

Here's my Testimony:-

I met Julia after she came to promote her Personal Training services at the surgery where I work.

I decided to contact Julia and had my first training session today.

Julia motivated and challenged me to overcome my fitness fears, she pushed my boundries and helped me achieve a level of training that I never thought I was capable of. The training pushed me to a level I've never known before.

I felt tired at stages and was worried that I couldn't achieve the standard of training that she expected from me. But with Julia's constant help and support I pushed passed my self-doubt and turned 'I cant' into 'I can'.
