A BIT ABOUT ME: I'm a Nutritionist I've been in practice for over 10 years. I work with clients to recover their health and feel well again. I trained to be a Nutritionist as I suffered ill health (digestion issues & exhaustion) and eventually found help from a Nutritionist who inspired me to do the same. FREE 15 MINUTE NUTRITION CONSULTATION OFFERED TO ALL. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your health concerns and for me to advise if I can help you and how I work. I cover all areas of nutrition but I have a specific focus on the following: 1. Digestive issues (such as IBS, SIBO, constipation & diarrhoea) 2. Stress and exhaustion 3. Weight loss 4. Hormone balancing. I see clients on a one to one basis for the minimum amount of time until they start feeling well and feel in control of their health again. I provide a detailed nutrition plan, a 7 day menu and recipes for all consultations, so you know exactly what to do. Get in touch today to see how I can help you. The FREE 15 minute consultation is no obligation so its really for you to chat with me and see what you think. Regards Rosie

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

It is a big part of it but it is not everything. Stress, emotional wellbeing, exercise and social connections also have a role to play.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping clients to feel well. Often they come and they have trawled the internet, been to the doctor and tried all sorts of things themselves but they have been unable to get better so when a client comes back after the first session and says some of the symptoms have gone and they feel better then that makes me feel very happy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I struggled with my own health issues and I saw a Nutritionist who helped me. As a result I wanted to learn everything I could to help others.

Why should our clients choose you?

I'm honest, straightforward, friendly, approachable and I have an excellent knowledge and track record of helping people to achieve the results they want.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes 100%. I offer consultations via Zoom/WhatsApp, Skype, Facetime.
Prior to Covid a small % of my consultations were on line but now it is how I host all consultations and it works very well.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Due to COVID I have had to move all my consultations to online to reduce the risk of infection by visiting my clinic.

I also ensure that I offer specific tips on immune boosting to help support the bodies innate immune response to better fight off infection.

Your specialist will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to help you select the best treatment for your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a specialist today.

Dietitians are the only health professionals regulated and protected by law. Registered Nutritionists can provide evidence-based advice and information about food and healthy eating. Nutritional therapists provide alternative treatment, based on the idea that the body needs 'healing' and 'correcting'.

  • Credentials - Find a specialist that has the credentials to support your personal needs.

  • Experience - Ask how long your Dietitian or Nutritionist has been practising and look up their background.

  • Gimmicks - Check your specialist is not supporting an unsuitable diet brand or supplement.

  • Right fit - Make sure they are upfront in the areas they specialise in and are able to make referrals if your needs are outside their comfort zone.

The minimum requirement for a Dietitian is a degree in Dietetics or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics. Nutritionists should have attended a course which is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Before you choose either a Nutritionist or a Dietitian, you could read testimonials and read reviews on their website. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers too.
