I used Taki’s Forever C9 9 Days cleanse and 12 weeks online Personal Training , I’m not going to lie I was sceptical as I’m not into any fad diets which this is not With the meal plans which is supported by food supplements I got better results then doing it by my self it’s was amazing I got Real results and mindset change on how I see my body image and health she was there every step like a big sister wanted me to succeed and win I’m now on the F15 program and looking forward to putting the hard work in to HIT my goals

We all need a little help with exercise and Nutrition sometimes, whether we're just starting out or we've been at it for a long time and a personal trainer can do just that.

Here are just some of the things i can do:

Look at your current program to search for ways to change or tweak your workouts to make them more efficient and effective.
Push you a little harder - Often people don't see results because they're not working as hard as they could. It's easy to slack off when you're by yourself, but having someone there to challenge you may make a difference in the scale.
Examine your goals - I can also help you figure out if your goals are realistic.
Hold you accountable - I will work with you to set weekly / Monthly goals and check in on a regular basis to see how you're doing.
Help you stay motivated to exercise and diet plan - Knowing you have an appointment with a pro can help you stay on track during the week.

Teach you how to lift weights - Too often people focus on cardio to lose weight, but you need strength training as well, i can teach you how to do it the right way.
You may even find that you are getting results, just not in the way you expected, i can see more clearly from the outside.

Sometimes you just need a few weeks / Months to get new ideas for exercises and workouts snd Food. Then you can go out on your own once you've gotten what you need.
