Joe was a delight to work with very compassionate, caring and kind whilst fully understanding the challenges I faced. His meal plans were tasty and on point in so far as they were all what I liked and Joe had a lot of strategies to apply. to help me overcome my stumbling blocks which were my bad habits like eating junk food. Joe also helped me to discipline myself to eat vegetables which I now know are very important for general health as well as weight loss and weight maintenance providing ideas and methods of cooking them so that are not only attractive but down right tasty. I have seen first hand on many occasions the positive influence a healthy diet can make on people's life.
