I wondered whether a one off consultation would provide enough info to make a difference. Within the first week what needed sorting was sorting! Clear, realistic, ‘whole child’ advice that not only resolved issues but educates you about your own nutrition at the same time. And I still check in if I’m not sure. Fantastic advice! Hannah has changed my life - I came to her after being disapointed with the nutritionist I was working wirh at the time abd she completley gave me new ideas and approaches to take with regards to maintaining a healthy and balanced weight - shes also extremly passionate about all of her clients health and gives nothing less than a 5 star service

I deeply appreciate all the guidance and thoughtful advice which Hannah has provided me. I've been having consultations with Hannah over a few years: first to address issues with my digestion and skin, and more recently Hannah has provided me with advice on how to support my healthy pregnancy and prepare my body for nourishing baby and rebuilding after birth. She really gives 110% to every session, and the experience of working with her is always pleasurable, informative and inspiring. I had gained 2 stone, had high cholesterol, digestive issues, sore joints and was exhausted when I came to see Hannah in January this year. I have tried 5:2, intermittent fasting, Atkins, and many other methods and programmes over the years. Thanks to Hannah I have never been more motivated to adopt realistic habits for life. In my appointments with her, her approach to helping me make these changes has been life changing. Not just the amazing weight loss also pain relief and reversal of these health issues. Hannah is the best! She's been advising me on nutrition (and weight loss) for years. Don't be fooled by the new website, this girls an old soul and LIVES for old and new healing ideas. I recently had 3 surgeries in almost as many months and she reminded me to eat a non-inflammatory diet to help bring down swelling that was pressing on nerves.

She's wonderful with kids too. Not an ounce of judgement either, I've been talking to her for the last 8 years about the same dietary problems and she never even looks like she's told me all this before!

Every morsel we put in our mouth has the ability to 'switch on' a health enhancing gene or 'silence' a gene whose expression could be detrimental to our health. Not only that, as Hippocrates sagely stated 'Food is thy medicine'. 'Real', i.e. natural, fresh, unadulterated food, is comprised of carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, enzymes, water and fibre - all of which help to build every cell, ensure the effective operation of every cell and bring about healing & repair in every cell. Foods are our essential fuel, building blocks and medicine. Consuming processed factory made 'foods' stripped of all essential nutrients, however seemingly mood-enhancing they may be, are not the answer to a fully functioning body. You could compare the human body to a car - put in the appropriate gasoline and the car will run smoothly and potentially last a life time. Put in the wrong gasoline, and the engine will inevitably suffer, and the car is destined to break down.

The thing I love most about my job, is the feeling of connection and transformation. People are wonderful, interesting human beings, with unique complexities that fascinate me. There is a story behind everyone's illness or symptoms, and I love to hear each and every one, as I love to read each book on my shelf. My career allows me to experience a range of satisfying emotions - joy, empathy, surprise, pride and compassion. Every client deepens my understanding of how our thoughts, our beliefs, our words, our life experiences, our foods, our movement, the people we surround ourselves with,...everything... has the potential to harmonise and heal our mind and body or imbalance and dysregulate our mind and body. And there is nothing more heartwarming to see a client empowered and motivated to bring about changes for the better. I love to see a positive progression unfold, to a point where healthy eating is just a way of life, needing little effort or thought. This pathway always leads to sustained weight loss, renewed youthful energy and peace of mind.

A desire to help people be healthy and happy - there is nothing more challenging, disheartening and exhausting than living with chronic illness. I wanted to show people that our bodies are programmed to heal naturally, we just need to give ourselves the right tools for repair.

Because I truly care, and I help my clients to care too. When we love ourselves we take measures to ensure we are given the best - the right foods, exercise, friends, and activities.

I've suffered from the conditions that I specialise in, and helped many people since graduating, so I am knowledgable about what works and what doesn't. I have great empathy for my clients, because I know how it feels emotionally and physically to be unwell. I dedicate 100% to all my clients because they have found the strength and courage to invest in their health, so they deserve to see results and feel as positive and energised as possible.

We all want the energy and drive to live life to its fullest and enjoy its richness - I am here to show my clients how to obtain that.
