I started working as a day labourer when I finished school. At first, it was simply to tide me over. Soon, I realised what goes into every building you pass on the street. After a few years, I began taking on more and more responsibility. From there it was a matter of time before I branched out independently. I’ve learnt that employees respect someone who's done the hard work and got their hands dirty.
We're able to handle nearly every construction project you can think of. We take a lot of pride in craftsmanship, as it gives our customers the best value for money. I’ll never excuse work that’s less than perfect, even if a customer is putting pressure on us to get the job finished ahead of time.
Our company offers mainly homebuilding and renovation services. Recently I’ve taken on more commercial building contractors. People in this line of work tend to think big, so we’ve been able to carry out renovations for whole blocks of flats. I’ve got a Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Services, specialising in installations. This means I’m usually the one who’ll fit power systems, lighting, and any fire protection systems.

I was introduced to Precison contractors via the Association of Master Tradesmen coming after a long period of trying to source a quality builder and architects. I was about to give up until I meet with Sam and Jack. Our project was a new extension to create a downstairs bathroom with a dog shower and in addition extending our lounge room as part of the original 1905 house. Part of the project was then creating a large paving area alongside the back of the house, and annex. The original house also required a must needed makeover and essential maintenance including replacing the old roof and conservatory. To find a builder willing and skilled to take on a new build project and renovation work was hard (most just wanted the new build). What attracted me to Precison was their approach to client communication. They appreciated the importance of trust and workmanship and came with the experience to tackle the unknowns which always arise with old buildings. We faced lots of challenges - the main one being the roof being in worse condition than expected but with open dialogue and patience on both our sides we got through and now the project is coming to the end, we are so happy with the result.

Honestly thrilled that i was recommended trademark and in particular wakaa. He came, designed my bathroom and made the absolute most of what little space i have. The end result was just as the computer pictures and i honestly cant be more in love with my new bathroom. Thank so much
