I started working as a day labourer when I finished school. At first, it was simply to tide me over. Soon, I realised what goes into every building you pass on the street. After a few years, I began taking on more and more responsibility. From there it was a matter of time before I branched out independently. I’ve learnt that employees respect someone who's done the hard work and got their hands dirty.
We're able to handle nearly every construction project you can think of. We take a lot of pride in craftsmanship, as it gives our customers the best value for money. I’ll never excuse work that’s less than perfect, even if a customer is putting pressure on us to get the job finished ahead of time.
Our company offers mainly homebuilding and renovation services. Recently I’ve taken on more commercial building contractors. People in this line of work tend to think big, so we’ve been able to carry out renovations for whole blocks of flats. I’ve got a Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Services, specialising in installations. This means I’m usually the one who’ll fit power systems, lighting, and any fire protection systems.

Review 2: 601 Tampines Ave 9 Homeowner Name: Shakilah Darcy Md Ansari Designer Name: Jansen Completion: 09/19 We spoke to a few IDs after we got the keys to our new home. We finally decided after speaking to Jansen, the ID who were in charge of turning our dream home into a reality. The first time we met Jansen was at the new house and he came and started measuring. We were actually impressed that he was well equipped and prepared to answer all our questions, so much so that we decided to engage him officially. After some tweaks to the initial design, we were in complete awe of the fact that everything that was in the design became a reality. They take great pride in their carpentry and we love what they had done to our house, especially our Feature Wall, which is now the highlight of our home. It is really very convenient to liaise with him and he get things done fast. Even after we have moved in and there were some minor adjustments, they managed to arrange for everything to be done as soon as possible. Thank you Jansen and FB!! Jansen executed my ideas injected with their vast experience and expertise and got the house ready for my mummy who was extremely delighted at the finished product. He respected and stuck to my budget which was conveyed right from our first meet up. Jansen also took the time to not only understand my budget and inspired looks but also was committed in understanding the ultimate outcome I've desired. Major transformation was done with little hiccups that was promptly rectified with their great follow up.
