I contacted Mcbuilding contracts after they were recommended to me. I have a 1950's house that I was stripping all the wallpaper from the walls and ceilings that I wanted to be made good, along with some other building work.
I contacted Conor at Mcbuilding and within a very quick time frame, he called to provide a very reasonable quote. After instructing Conor to start, he was very prompt and timely - getting straight to it.
This project was a gut out from start to finish along with supporting walls being removed and a lintel/head being put in to create an open-plan space in a landing.
One thing worth noting was there was a lot of period features in the house, such as half rounds. I was super impressed at how good a job they did on these - super tidy and keeping the original features of the house.
All work was completed on time and to a high standard. A pleasant, outgoing bunch who always gets on well with others. Conor and Ethan both explained ideas clearly. In all aspects of work, Conor and Ethan are not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to ensure there was a high standard.
Overall, I would highly recommend and will be having them back to plaster a new bathroom for me.
