How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Healthy is different to everyone. Humans are 99% the same but 1% different, that 1% is what makes everything so interesting! Being healthy is having the ability to enjoy drinks at the pub without feeling guilty, being comfortable in your clothes and confident. You are what you eat, think and drink, so having a healthy diet is imperative to someone's health and wellbeing.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use a specific system which encompasses education with motivation. All my clients get daily motivation and educational lessons which last around 10 minutes, this sets you up for the day and keeps you focused. It also gives you a tip/habit to try and implement that day. Over a short period of time, you will have a much greater knowledge of nutrition!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, it's following a plan! But it needs to suit your lifestyle. If you change your lifestyle to suit a diet, it's delaying the inevitable.
What do you love most about your job?
I often work with people who have tried everything and failed. Helping someone achieve success that has such low motivation and feels there is no hope is fantastic!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I found that I tended to get a lot of gym members requestions seminars on different areas of nutrition. That lead me to look to offer an online nutrition programme, to help teach people how to eat opposed to forced dieting.
