How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Prior to working with any new clients, I meet with them (either in person or via Zoom) to find out all about them. Where they are now, what they want to achieve and what's holding them back. Together we come up with some goals to work towards and I create a plan for them to follow for when we do the workouts together and for them to do independently in-between sessions. I give people daily tasks to complete and hold them accountable to this. I have a wide range of experience in different areas of fitness from Boxing, HIIT, Kettlebells to Pilates, so can really craft a workout that every individual can enjoy and push them to reach their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Well, I don't really believe there's a secret, but I do think that CONSISTENCY is key to long term success. It's about finding exercise and activities you enjoy, that challenge you beyond your comfort zone and that you do DAILY. Pair this approach with great food and beneficial lifestyle habits and you'll gain confidence and pride in what your amazing body can do.
What do you love most about your job?
That moment when someone has a shift in mindset - it usually happens 3-4 weeks into the training when the daily activity and healthy eating routines start to become HABITS - They grow in confidence, they stand taller, they have more energy about them, their body shape is changing and they get this look about them that says ...this works!
I really love working with people. I like that I'm a good listener, because I'm genuinely fascinated by other people's lives, their stories and experiences. I've met so many incredible people over the years and feel grateful that I've had the opportunity to help them improve their health and fitness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, I was a Chef. I loved what I did (and am still passionate about cooking), but I didn't enjoy the long hours, the daily commute to London at the crack of dawn and the effect it was having on my own health; plus I was a new dad and was missing out on family life. So I decided to improve my own lifestyle and as a result of that trained as a PT and started to help others to do the same. I've had my own business for 15 years and have grown it in different directions, with lots more exciting projects in the pipeline for 2024 which are going to enable me to support my clients in new and exciting ways.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm looking for clients who want to get fitter, lose weight, eat delicious, goodness-packed meals and generally look and feel better about themselves. I've lots of experience and lots of happy, healthier clients who I've helped achieve their goals.

Yes, I have created a unique online programme that's delivered live and personally, rather than pre-recorded videos AND I can do appointments in-person too depending on location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I can work with clients on-line if they would prefer to stay at home.
I can suggest which equipment clients should purchase for the sessions, if they would prefer to use their own or if they wish to use mine, I ensure that it is thoroughly sanitised.
