Aishah is the one if you want results and someone to actually train you. I’ve seen results within 2 weeks after training with her 3x a week. She provided with a guide of various snacks they have more protein which is extremely helpful and she goes beyond just a PT on the way she interacts with her clients. I have been training with Aishah for the past 2 years and I don’t ever want another coach ever again.
She took my body but also my mindset to entirely new level.
I think it’s so important mentioning because the motivation to go and train won’t always be there but she help me train my head to push through even when I’m feeling lazy and I’m so grateful for that.
She pushes me always and knows my limits better than myself.
Also now I have glutes and I’m so happy about it!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We always ask questions to get to the deeper reason people want to change, we want to know their why so we can use it to motivate and encourage them and help them reach their goals. Everything we do is bespoke, we don't believe in a cookie cutter approach and this enables us to get our clients results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is there is no secret, it's hard work, commitment and dedication. We help and guide you with our experience and knowledge to give you an edge and help you get there both mentally and physically.
What do you love most about your job?
The people. Our clients are AMAZING. Seeing them, learning about them, growing with them is a privilege and an honour. Our clients let us into their lives and trust us with their minds and bodies and every single win brings great joy to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Aishah grew up overweight. At her heaviest recorded weight she was 260lbs until one day she decided enough was enough and ober the course of 20 months she lost 100lbs through diet and exercise. She recorded her journey on Instagram and her followers soon started asking for support, and this drove her to leave her corporate job, get educated in the field and start to coach people to help bring them some joy.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are fully invested in out clients, we don't just leave you when you walk out the building, we're always a message away. Aishah has been there, and can relate to the mental and physical changes that come with starting a fitness journey. She's also worked with clients with knee and back injuries as well as pre and post natal clients. Emanuel on the other hand had a different battle, he had to work incredibly hard to out on muscle mass and over the course of two years he had put on 20kg of muscle mass and truly transformed his body.

We provide Accountability Coaching remotely, this helps break down your goal and help you make long term changes and keep you on track and accountable throughout your journey.
We also offer one to one boxing sessions at a location of your choice, and in some cases in the comfort of your own home (location dependant).
