Since I was little I have always been active, as every child I was climbing trees, chasing dogs than only in 12 years of age I was competing in the Nationals, then played football with a team and here I am a boxer who does what she is passionate about: Fitness, Strength and Conditioning While sport has always been part of my life was I always sure I am going to be a Fitness Professional? No! As a child I wanted to be a makeup artist than a flight attendant, than a tourist guide, a Travel Sales Consultant, PE Teacher (getting close)…. I could carry on, but Health and Fitness/Sport has always been in the background. Than my Profession has begun! All these years of developing myself as a Personal Trainer, class instructor, athlete , person Level 2 – Level 3 Fitness Instructing and Personal Training Gym based boxing/Boxercise HIIT Level 4 – Strength and Conditioning Olympic weightlifting Certificate in Injury Prevention Therapy Nutrition, Sports supplements 2018 – Open University – Sports, Fitness and Coaching In 2019 I decided to start my own business Peak Performance. I felt I gained so much knowledge through experience and studies, reading I was sure I have so much to give to my clients. Why have a decided to do it? You all are unique and your journey motivates me! The journey to your goal and this was what I wanted to focus on when starting Peak Performance. I worked with clients who have a busy life, children, long hours at work but also worked with athletes whose main focus was to be the best in their sport, compete. I learnt how to adjust to my clients needs so it is specific to their goal while dealing with everyday stress and clearing the confusion of diet myths! firstly get to know you what you really want, focus on your goals and do a movement screening so I can figure out where is a risk of injury and than design the most suitable workout plan for yourself. Online support, workout videos, home workouts. I know life is not that simple. I show you the path to your goal, and only one way to get it and that’s you, you really need to want it and believe in yourself! Are you ready to get to know your body? your strength? How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I am always available if you have questions or need help not only on our session. Keeping track weekly on our progress and adjusting the programmes to their needs weekly if needed.
I consider risk of injuries so you know you can exercise safely.
Quality of a quantity.Technique is very important so I make sure you all familiar with the exercise you are doing so you are doing it with your best technique.
I push you harder than you could push yourself. As you can do more than you know!!!No limits

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

DO NOT GIVE UP!!! WORK HARD!!EAT HEALTHY!your body will reward you.I need you to work with me do as I plan the sessions and your training,eat healthy (we keep track on that too) and your body will reward you! I guarantee your result. But i need you for it!i will always support you!Rest,stress management,sleep is the part of the routine too and its very important when comes to a result.

All those hard working people who are ready to change their lives for different reasons.I meet with so many people and achieving their results together is just the most amazing feeling ever!When they say' now I enjoy what im doing'

What inspired you to start your own business?

I knew i wanted to do this for the rest of my life I have been studying and working so hard to provide the best service and best of my knowledge to my clients! After all that I became so confident I can give to my clients what they deserve and need!And not only being a personal trainer who stands next to the treadmill and making up things . I do personalised plans for individuals! So it is all specific to their needs.
