FANTASTIC PILATES! Debbie offers excellent pilates classes, with lots of personal attention to each participant. Each class is easy to follow, but offers the right level of challenge. Debbie uses a good variety of fitness tools to enhance the exercises and keeps the classes fresh and interesting. Debbie is very personable and communicates well. I highly recommend Debbie as a coach and pilates teacher. I felt so much better and stronger after only a few weeks, and much more confident in how to keep up the pilates at home between classes. One word... AMAZING!!! I could not recommend Debbie enough! I have been attending her Pilates sessions for almost a year now and every single session, Debbie is outstanding! I had a serious back operation in 2010 and was recommended to do Pilates and eventually (after many years) I decided to give it a go! Debbie really took the time to assess me properly and to ensure that I wasn’t doing anything that would cause me pain. Every session, Debbie takes the time to work with you on a 1-1 basis to ensure that you’re getting the most out of it! Debbie’s sessions are very fun and beneficial; even after a long day at work, you feel great and after a few sessions you can really notice the difference in yourself- both physically and mentally! If you’re thinking about joining Pilates, definitely join Debbie’s classes- you won’t regret it! More...

Debbie has a real understanding and interest in even the smallest workings of the body, and since working with her i seem to have 're-connected' with my body somehow. I always come out of her lessons floating and feeling a million times better than i did when i walked in! More...

Debbie's been my coach for a couple of years now and has made a tremendous difference to my fitness and wellbeing, a tailor made fitness program has ment that I have gone from being unable to do exercise to working out a couple of times a week, starting off with gentle stretches to Pilates to boxing and running, very professional service and well worth the very reasonable price.

Working with Debbie has transformed my body and my life. Her sound nutritional advice and fun, effective workouts have helped me to lose over two stone and feel great. I suffered from disordered eating and anorexia in my teens/early twenties and have always struggled with body image. With Debbie’s help and advice, I am making huge progress towards feeling comfortable in my own skin. I look forward to personal training sessions and always feel full of energy post workout. At 51, I am now fitter and stronger than I have ever been. Now I have reached my goal of a UK size 8, I look forward to continuing to work with Debbie to maintain my achievements and also to further increase my strength and fitness. More...

Debbie is a truly excellent PT, in fact the best I have ever met. I first contacted Debbie after a new year resolution having decided that enough was enough – I had to find balance in my personal and professional life. Having a full time job which includes travelling abroad and long hours, 2 young children and a household to run I just could not find the time or energy to exercise and wasn’t making it a priority either. I initially contacted Debbie for a 10 week programme and it was so life changing that it turned into 2 years and the only reason why we stopped is because I moved abroad. Well we didn’t quite stop, we are still in close contact to stay on track. Debbie is really an expert, extremely skilled, thoughtful, sensible, and a pleasure to workout with and talk to. She knows just how and when to encourage and when to push. Most importantly and this is overall the key to getting fit & healthy: Debbie works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her efforts, I am stronger and more flexible. Through consistent and positive feedback and encouragement, Debbie retrained my attitude while I retrained my body, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun and now the entire family benefits from it and is also more active as result. I recommend her without reservation. After having years off exercise through illness I was a little nervous about trying again, but Debbie made a tailor made work out program for me along side her biomechanics and and Pilates classes I'm back on track and probably better than before as now I'm doing exercise properly, very reasonably priced and a great professional service.

I've been training with Debbie since 2015 and, at age 51, am now fitter and stronger than I have ever been. I have also lost over 2 stone, and more importantly, kept it off. Debbie's positive attitude and gentle but effective encouragement make training with her a pleasure. Her extensive training, as well as qualifications in Pilates and Biomechanics, mean that I now only see my chiropractor 3<span id="moreReview703051" class="hide"> times a year, instead of every six week.
