Personal training sessions can be: 1-2-1, with a partner or a small group (friends or partners with similar fitness goals). Sessions can take place at my local gym here in Derby, at your place of work, local park or at your home, whichever is the most convenient. All programmes include advice on nutrition, meal plans and email/text support.

Chris provided a bespoke service that more than lived up to my expectations. The sessions were well planned and ensured that I felt a tangible benefit after each one.
Training was enjoyable and varied but also demanding, therefore commitment to training is key. Chris allowed flexibility within the training programme to ensure it complemented my busy schedule. The advice provided during the sessions proved to be invaluable regarding how the exercises should be undertaken to maximise effectiveness. The dietary advice provided was also most helpful.

I have been training with Terry for just over three months now and have been having weekly HIIT sessions. His positive outlook and variety in the sessions have helped me get fitter, stronger and loose over a stone in weight, but most importantly he’s helped me increase my confidence massively. In my first session with Terry I told him how much I hated running and couldn’t do it but now I’m going out on my own for runs around the park. I still have a long way to go but he’s helped push me further than I thought I’d be able to. As well as the 1-2-1 sessions and 2-2-1 sessions with Terry he also contacts me in the week to check how I’m getting on with training. Super motivating and positive personal trainer and great value for money, couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks for all your help so far Terry.

The gym has a nice atmosphere with excellent equipment I have never looked back and I have no desire to be a size 14 again!!
