I came to Bex for career coaching. I'm a complex case because I've worked in multiple unrelated sectors and multiple types of role. I also wanted a high salary and to work remotely. This made it difficult for me to know where to start looking. But Bex came to the rescue! Bex helped me to step back from the hell of searching for job titles on Linkedin, and to take a holistic approach instead. She helped me work out what I wanted from coaching, what my values are, and what my purpose is. We did this through official questionnaires that gave me full read outs at the end of my personality / career / values profile. I also did another questionnaire around whether I am satisfied in my current job. I thought this was quite useful as it can confirm or challenge a hunch you have. I also thought it was really helpful of Bex to review an offer I received. We drilled down on why I didn't want it, and she helped me work out for myself that I was confident in that decision, even though it was scary to turn down a (wrong) job without another one on the table. Bex is so friendly and positive and tolerant. Shes uplifting, especially when times are hard, and was mega flexible when i had an urgent need (a job offer I needed advice on right away). She also followed up with me after interviews which shows how caring she is! Thank you Bex for being so flexible and kind with your time!

Having worked with Bex for a couple of months now, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Bex spends the time to fully understand me, the issue's at hand and has worked with me to devise solutions, and provided me with the tools to deal with any such repeats. Thank you Bex :)
