Had my toilet renovated with HW Bathrooms. They did an absolutely amazing job. Very professional, tidy and completed the job in the promised time frame. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I love my new bathroom and the company were great to work with. James came out to design and price the job. He was good at addressing the leak and damp issues we had and allowed for flexibility in what they found when to old bathroom was stripped out, charging for materials only for what they couldn't see. They spent an extra day working on the bathroom as additional pipes were found that needed boxing in but only the materials were charged. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is very good and we went to their suppliers show room to pick the wall panels and floor covering. James was part of the installation team so we could modify the design as we went along to suit my needs and what was going to look best. The team were very pleasant people to work with and always cleaned up at the end of the day covering carpets to minimise any mess. I changed my mind about the towel rail ordered and James was happy to exchange it and came back later to fit it and fix the snagging issues. He kept me well informed of his progress. The company was a pleasure to work with. Payment was made at the end of the job not up front or partial staged payments.
