5 star service. Stanley quoted me on Thursday afternoon, Frank turned up first thing Friday morning and installed my EV charger with no fuss at all! Now that's a service! Frank was superb as the fitter and Stanley was excellent on the communication and certification side of things. Very easy to deal with this company and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be using Voltwave again.

Frank helped renovating my bathroom, including tiling floor and walls, installing all the fixtures and fitting. When dismantling the old bathroom, we found that the condition of the wall around the window was really poor, there were some loose bricks behind the tiles on the wall. Frank helped me replace them and put new plasterboard on. Frank works to small details and really care for the quality of his work - he didn’t rush just to get the work done, instead he took the time to finish it properly. After knowing his excellent tiling skills, I asked him to help me tile the kitchen floor and the splashbacks. The tiles I picked were quite small and the floor and walls of the flat were not levelled (it’s an old flat!), Frank worked on them carefully and I am super happy about the result. It was the first time I did renovation work and it was quite daunting and stressful thinking about how to make all the right decisions. Throughout the process, Frank gave me honest advice and he was always transparent about the situation and the additional work required. He responded to my messages promptly, answering all my questions (even some really basic ones) patiently. He also made sure that he checked with me before making any decisions, albeit small - which I really appreciate. I highly recommend working with Frank.
