We won't take on a job we don't believe in. We hate telling clients that "unfortunately your planning application has been refused"; thankfully we don't hear that very often!
We are clear on our costs and a price is set from the outset, we will advise on any third party costs and we have a range of third-party consultants that we trust.

I cannot recommend Mr Cochrane from planning services UK highly enough. His support was instrumental in securing both my HMO planning consent and HMO licence approval in Inverclyde, despite significant objections. What sets Thomas apart is his background as a former councillor, which gives him a rare, insider-level understanding of how planning and licensing decisions are actually made. He knows exactly how to present a case in a way that resonates with decision-makers. His strategic thinking, preparation, and calm execution led to a successful outcome where many would have struggled. If you want results, Thomas is the person to go to.

Because Steve the owner came to visit myself on the planning site in question, very likeable man and was thorough in his descriptions and answered all my questions. Feel very assured that Steve will pursue my case in acquiring full ownership for me in the plot of Land through all the necessary applications, forms, photos legal procedures. He has explained how I will be able to follow the ongoing application through the Councils online Planning Portal as the various parts of the planning goes ahead. I would recommend Apple Planning if you want a Friendly professional fair reasonable price to pay for Steve’s services. 5 Stars from me. So far very satisfied customer.

I asked for Patricia Cox designs via Bark. I had never used an interior designer before so was a bit apprehensive. However on saying that it was a good decision. There were a few hiccups on the way regarding supplies and a damaged item but Patricia was amazing. Right on the case and managed to get refunds and replacements ( which I could never have done) because of the delay in supplies the project took a wee bit longer than anticipated BUT her enthusiasm and energy was amazing Almost all done. Just a few snagging point to finish Would use again without hesitation
