We are based in a private studio in Summertown (no crowds!) and have access to top of the range fitness equipment and facilities. We also have our own mobile app that allows you to track your nutrition, log your workouts and upload you progress photos and measurements. Whether you are a seasoned gym-goer or a compete beginner, we offer top class coaching and tuition as well as flexible personal training services to suit every need!
We utilise a unique four-point method with all of our clients across all of our packages.
Firstly, we utilise resistance and strength training as a means to simultaneously burn fat and build muscular definition. We pay very close attention to technique and we monitor and record everything that you do.
Second, we carry out a detailed analysis of your current diet and eating habits and then prescribe a personalised meal plan and journal built around your needs and your lifestyle. We pride ourselves on our Flexible Dieting approach, whereby we still allow you to indulge in all your favourite foods and drinks, just with a healthy dose of moderation!
Third, every four weeks we take your measurements and review all of your progress from the previous month.
