How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I work through a variety of different types of fitness -
If you rather learn more about cardio I’ll include that into your sessions or if you hate cardio we can also work around that.
There is always a way around doing something to make it feel fun or something to look forward that is what I want for my clients in helping them get their goals!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Just being patient and being yourself. Don’t put too much pressure and stress on yourself. Your body is amazing, beautiful, strong unit and you should be proud of where you are and excited of where your going.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that confidence it’s given me. I lacked confidence about a year ago and this year has brought so much to me and taught me so much and forever grateful for the opportunities I get daily to change and grow my job - it doesn’t feel like a job that’s it really!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I used to be trained by a PT and I was just amazed about their outlook on life and how calm and understanding they were to everything and I grew to be inspired and just wanted to do something for myself... so I did.
It has it's challenges but it was the best risk I took!

Why should our clients choose you?

I get you. We all have our days - I have been their trust me!
If your not feeling good okay cool we can work around it or train another day. I won’t be your typically tough love PT - I’m your friend over everything I want to see you succeed and feel your best.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes in person (any location within reason - prices will vary) every session will e fun and engaging. You'll leave feeling great each time!!
Online is the same - although a lot more different to in person it is a great way to get the help and advice you need while keeping safe, at home and at a discounted rate.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Online services are very popular at the moment. Clients new and existing are still able to get there fitness fix!

With the rules for lockdown this time around - being you can exercise outdoors it has given a new life to outdoors exercise and having more space to still be safe. You feel hundreds times better having worked out - it is a different feeling having done it outdoors in this weather! I promise you, you won't regret it!
Start 2021 off with a kick!

Personal Trainers FAQs

Expand all

It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!

Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!

Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.

It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!

A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
