Hannah Eagle is an amazing trainer! I was initially hesitant about personal training because I wanted very specific things from my workout. But Hannah listened (patiently!) to all my goals and tailors each workout to me. Sometimes I lack motivation, and Hannah always pushes me to work harder. Hannah is also open to trying new exercises, which is great -- because I thought I was fairly knowledgeable before, but now I've learned a lot of new ways to train. We've been working together for 6 months, and I definitely feel stronger and healthier. In fact, I've started going twice a week because it's been such a great addition to my regular workout routine. I highly recommend Hannah. Not only will she help you meet your fitness goals, she and her husband (also a trainer) are so much fun to be around! Thank you! More...

I've had personal training with Nick for almost a year and the results and motivation have been outstanding. I appreciate their ability to pitch the training program for me as an individual. Nick is an excellent trainer. I was worried about gym work because of a long-standing injury but he is great at tailoring exercises exactly for the individual. In 5 weeks so far I have regained fitness and strength I would not have imagined, and feel really motivated to continue. Highly recommend! More...

I love it although I don't always come across that way at the start of a session, but by the end I am feeling smug and motivated. Hannah won't let me get away with being miserable. I joined the Bootcamp from the very start. Loved Bootcamp then, still love it now! I feel motivated at every session, I leave every session feeling proud of my achievement and, have made some lovely friends along the way. I started with Oxfordshire personal training just under a year ago now! At first it was hard, but just having someone pushing you in the right direction and give you confidence helps transform not only your body but the way you see yourself! I went to boot camp regularly for several years until we moved house late last year - I really miss it. Nick and Hannah are great motivators and really helped me control my weight and regain some fitness. I cannot rate my experience with Oxfordshire Personal Training more highly. I lost 2.5 stone and have kept it off. PT sessions were hard but always good fun and the boot camp and HIIT classes are great.

I have been with Oxfordshire Personal Training since March 2016. I have lost 2.5 stone and kept it off with weekly PT sessions, boot camp and dietary changes. Nick is a great trainer and boot camp with Hannah or Rhianwen is always an absolute sweat-fest. I cannot rate Oxfordshire Personal Training more highly. My only regret is not signing up sooner. Fantastic trainers, very positive and highly motivating. Great at offering alternative exercises to produce results. I have done the 3 month personal training plan with visible results and comments from friends saying I looked slimmer in face and body. I have been going to the boot camps for over a year now! Brilliant personal training and boot camp services! Trainers are all really friendly and professional. I've found the boot camps great fun and a highly effective way to lose weight, gain muscle and get fitter with really quick results with the added bonus of making new friends and having fun at the same time. Fantastic personal trainers, Nick, Hannah and the team know their stuff, they are professional & sensitive with all, it's always "remember it's your workout", & it definitely is, no matter what your needs or aims are, the team are always there to support, motivate and encourage you. I have over the years used a few gyms, I have to say OPT by far excel in all areas of the work they do with clients. I've previously tried going to a gym on my own and struggled to commit and remain motivated but with OPT everyone is so friendly and encouraging that I look forward to attending boot camps 2-3 times a week and have even started having personal training sessions. The team are amazing at keeping moral up with blog posts and are happy to answer any questions.
