The studio has it's own private shower to enable you to train and then get refreshed before going to work etc. I specialise in restoring good movement patterns enabling people to perform better in sports or just manage aches and pains better. I can help you with weight loss using basic, scientific backed advice, no fad diets or banned foods! Sessions are charged in monthly blocks at £120 per month for 1 session per week.
