The equipment at this gym Is world class and that's why world class professionals visit and video their sessions to replay on their own social media profiles. All I can say is the equipment is made by an awesome engineer who is also a competing body builder, hence the perfection in how the equipment hits every body part that it was developed to to do so.I've trained here for 6 months and have genuinely seen huge changes to my body compositions.Ask for a free 15 min session to make your own mind up, I'm sure they will say yes but be careful as it's addictive.
