And it doesn't mean leaving my soul on the gym floor five days per week and eating bird seed. Being in pain myself, I also have good understanding of working with and around pain. It is easy to smash your goals if you are in a good health and pain free. But if you already have issues such as migraines, vertigo, IBS, acidic reflux, knee, hip or back and neck pain, it is really hard to get motivation and have persistence to follow daily routines. What do you love most about your job?

There is always a moment when the client all of a sudden 'gets it'.

This is followed by amazing excitement and enthusiasm, a beautiful energy that shines like a sunshine from inside of the person.

In that moment I know, they have achieved a level of self-understanding and body/mind awareness that will stick with them for life, and they will never fall back into old habits.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business during first lock down, as gyms were closed, so I could still help people remotely achieve health and happiness.

While some of my clients needed me to push them, some I had to hold back as they were constantly injuring themselves and finding balance between work and rest, was key for their success.

With one of the clients we discovered problem with holding breath while exercising, due to traumatic experience years ago that ended in injury. This was stopping them from achieving results they wanted. We worked both on re-learning the pattern, breathwork control through meditation all while training for mud race, and in clients words: 'Other PT's would just conclude I'm in a bad shape and push me harder even though I was already training really hard, you fixed the actual problem that was in my psyche to begin with. I never had a running problem, I had a holding breath problem. '
