How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By listening to exactly what the client wants to achieve. We then work together to create some goals for the client to smash! Working out can be tough but my clients and I always find a way to have fun to make the tough sessions easier.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
By planning. As the saying goes a goal without a plan is just a dream. By planning your meals at the beginning of the week and planning your workouts you'll stay on track and feel less guilty for having the occasional cheat meal as it was all part of the plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing my clients life. I love to see the differences when my clients first came to me to when they have achieved their goals. Not just the physical changes but the mental. It's great when my clients tell me they're able to run around with the kids for longer, or don't feel as anxious as they used to, or just feel happier within themselves.

Because I don't just help them to achieve their goals, I educate them on living a healthy lifestyle. Clients have my full support and when they feel like they have achieved what they want to with me and are ready to keep going on their own I am still here to offer advice of help when they need it.
