My name is Natalie; I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Midwife.
With over 12 years in the NHS as a nurse and midwife and with a passion for fitness; I've integrated and utilised my skills and knowledge to specialise in both general personal training and pre and post natal health and fitness.
Whether you are looking for personal training support for weight loss, toning and strengthening, nutritional support or more specialist support such as fitness throughout and after your pregnancy, The Complete Trainer can help.
My aim as a trainer is to help you reach your fitness goals, improve your health, fitness level and strength – I design and personalise your exercise and nutritional program to fit your needs and guide you through every exercise and workout program (even a busy lifestyle needs to be healthy!).
