My Company Stone Free-PT trains people either in their own homes using a mix of HIIT or Circuit training using weights and body weight or take you to a gym for a PT session. I have found the gym environment very intimidating to people so I have come up with training programmes for people to train at home.

Using Circuit training stations to increase fitness. I will set up 6-8 stations in your home using bodyweight and weights. The intensity levels reflects your current fitness levels but over time the level will increase as your fitness increases. A fun way to get fit.

A typical workout for a beginner would be:

Weighted Squats, Ski jumps, High knee runs, half Burpees, Swiss ball Bench press, Stretch band long cable rows, Tricep press, Barbell Curl

Train using High Intensity Interval Training. This is an excellent way of really pushing yourself each and every time you train. How does it work? So as an example lets say you normally jog round the park. You never really get your heart rate very high and you run out of puff before you really benefit from the exercise. With HIIT, you would sprint at fast as you can for a time that suits your fitness levels then you would jog slowly then sprint again. This is a fantastic way of getting your heart rate up and busting through fitness levels.

I use this training method at home using either weights or bodyweight. The programme will be progressive and as your fitness improves the levels will rise to suit.

Come with me to the gym and I will work out a progressive programme for you. You will train with me and I will show you the safe, most intense way to train using Free Weights and Machines. You will learn correct form and how the make the exercise the most intense it can be.

Gym Training is very complicated and to get the best you need an experienced trainer beside you to show you the way to use the equipment safely and to get the most out of it. Too many people are training in the gym and not making any progress because they are taking programmes from Bodybuilding.com and not really understanding the best way to use the equipment.

If you have been training in the gym and not seeing any progress and getting frustrated, don't give up. Employ me as your PT, and find out how to really get the most out of the gym.

Using the exercises and Fun element of a boot camp session in your own home. Or if you have a park nearby we can train there. This can either be 1-1 or if you want to do this with friends I can do a group session. The price will reflect how many people are doing it.

The sessions will include weighted exercise and bodyweight.
