Amy kicks my butt every week!! Since starting training, I’ve seen some huge improvements. Amy helps to push us out of our comfort zone and try new things at the gym! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I understand that everybody has a different reason for wanting to build on their fitness, and my aim is to help my clients find THEIR reason. Through my free consultation service, I will divulge as much information as possible from my clients to find out what really makes them tick, and use this to create the most effective and enjoyable fitness programme possible!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
In my opinion, there is no big secret to achieving your fitness and body goals - it all comes down to treating your body with the respect it deserves. That being said, I will always aim to inspire my clients and spark their motivation in the most effective way possible, because If you have that fire burning inside, I truly believe that you can achieve ANYTHING!
What do you love most about your job?
Fitness is my one true passion, and there is nothing that makes me happier than helping my clients to accomplish their goals and realise their true potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a single mother to a very active toddler, I know how hard it can be to commit to a fitness programme when time is limited, and it's something I had to master pretty quickly in order to continue on the path I had set for myself. I made a vow that once I was qualified as a fitness professional, that I would do whatever I could to make my services as flexible and accessible as possible, and I knew the best way I could do this was to do things on my terms.
Why should our clients choose you?
At the end of the day, I'm no fitness model and I'm certainly not genetically blessed with a "perfect body"... I'm just a real girl that loves training hard and bringing out the best in people. My biggest goal is to help others become the best versions of themselves, and I'm commited to do whatever it takes to help you achieve this!
