How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Throw away numbers. Stop dieting and counting calories I get results with clients by enriching not restricting. We work closely together to ensure they have all the 1-1 support they need and more! It is a very different approach but is much more maintainable, enjoyable and most of all...it works!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have a specific way of doing things which I find works well for clients. I felt I could do this more if I worked for myself with my own ethos. Working for myself also means I am more flexible for clients and have more time to dedicate to my own professional development as an online coach which will also benefit my clients.
