I've been going to fitness infusion bootcamps since they started and I can't recommend them enough. Every session is different and when I'm struggling with my back chris tailers things and scales them down to something I can achieve. The people that go are of mixed abilities and no one is made to feel awkward or like their letting the team down. Also his personal training prices are very affordable and with him coming to you takes the hassle out of paying a monthly gym membership and going to they gym. 10/10

Beginning of the year I wanted to join the gym but was unsure on what I needed to do, I knew I wanted to slim down a little and tone up but didn’t have a clue where to start! Thats when I got in touch with Beth at Pure Gym and signed up for an 8 week PT plan 2 hours a week. I can definitely say it was worth every penny spent! Beth showed me what I needed to be doing/using, how to do it, and where on my body it was working... she pushed me to limits I never imagined I could possibly do when we was lifting weights and trying new things! Simon is great at getting results but he also has a nice way of doing it - I had been afraid that personal trainers just shouted at their clients to get them to work harder but with Simon there is none of that. His method is to make the fitness fun and to encourage you along the way whilst stretching your limits. I first went to him 5 years ago after the birth of my twins go get myself back and ended up fitter than I have ever been in my life. I lost all my baby weight and more and ended up running a half marathon which was a huge achievement for someone who was always the couch potato! My body fat went from 31% down to 25% and I felt great. I was then unable to exercise during my next pregnancy due to health reasons but I then went back to Simon after the birth of my baby 10 months ago, having done no exercise and having put on a LOT of weight. 10 months on I have lost nearly all the weight (3.5 stones!) and have rebuilt my strength which means I am able to run around after the children and not run out of energy. I can only go once a week because of time constraints but I reckon an hour with Simon is easily worth 3 in the gym. My husband has started to go to him and is noticing results only 3 sessions in.

Nicola is an excellent personal trainer and sports massage therapist, friendly and personable, she is extremely knowledgeable, very innovative and adaptable, Every training session is different, I have been going to Nicola for several years and never get bored of our training sessions.
I have seen both Danny and Graham in the last two weeks, both of whom I can't recommend or speak highly enough of. Danny found the root cause but referred me over to Graham, both were very thorough and professional, helpful and reassuring. As I work different hours weekly they were both very adaptable to appointment schedules. I really do recommend that whatever your pains are, go and give them a visit, they are fabulous.

At the initial session I was highly impressed by the skills and knowledge of all the instructors, who teach not only techniques and strategies for getting out of particularly difficult situations, but also the legal aspects of defending yourself.
The techniques are broken down and always fully explained in a way which helps you develop critical thinking skills, which really helps in difficult situations.
I am very thankful for the weight I have lost and you were the best encourager ever. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. I have lost 12,6 lb and feel great! During this time I have made many lifestyle changes for myself and my family and as a whole we have all benefited from your coaching. My hope is to continue with my new ways and still be able to reach my goal.
Have trained with Steph for nearly 2 years, having never stuck to any exercise before. Always different, always challenging and I'm the fittest I've ever been. Classes are great fun too. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been using Rich once a week for nearly two years now. He has taught me a huge amount about nutrition and eating well and healthily, and he is firmly against calorie counting and adding up points. His philosophy is all about eating the correct, natural foods such as lean meat, fish and vegetables but at the same time not to deny yourself the odd pizza and glass of wine now and then. In terms of fitness, Rich has changed my body shape and improved my core strength using a series of exercises with just your body and the floor as equipment, so there is no excuse not to do it yourself at home! His knowledge about fitness, exercise and nutrition is vast, as is his ability to motivate and encourage.
