We recommend 2 hours for the first session. We’ll discuss your fitness goals and lifestyle so that we can create a programme that is sustainable and realistic.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Boring but true.... everything in moderation. We don’t believe in extreme diets or extreme workout regimes. This can lead to eventual weight gain and feelings of failure. The fitness programme has to be able to fit into your busy lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping women to rediscover what they love about themselves. It is an emotional as well as physical journey and this brings me so much joy
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a professional dancer I have always loved fitness. When others started to ask for my help to get ready for auditions and castings I realised how much I loved working as a trainer.
