Boring but true.... everything in moderation. We don’t believe in extreme diets or extreme workout regimes. This can lead to eventual weight gain and feelings of failure. The fitness programme has to be able to fit into your busy lifestyle.

Helping women to rediscover what they love about themselves. It is an emotional as well as physical journey and this brings me so much joy

As a professional dancer I have always loved fitness. When others started to ask for my help to get ready for auditions and castings I realised how much I loved working as a trainer.

The workout will leave you smiling from ear to ear as well as sweating. As a mother of 2 with a hectic schedule I fully understand the pressures of modern day living.
