As a senior I became lazy. I heard about Mike, and met him He worked out a programme for me. We worked out twice a week. It was hard at first but with Mike's encouragement I soon realized the changes in me, I felt fitter, lost weight, had more energy. Other people noticed changes in me too. Mike is very encouraging. I have just recently finished the three month training programme with mike, he has helped me gain an incredible amount of knowledge and strength through the programmes he created personally for me. Through the three months mike gives you in-depth training to help improve your technique and mind to get the most out of your training. Mike asks questions to help get to know you as a person and a client to help understand what you want out of your training, he then develops different programmes (which you have access too all through the training) for you to follow. After the successful three months I have hit 4 personal bests in the gym I hit 140kg leg press, 30kg chest press and 30kg squat and 40kg lat pull down. Having a healthier diet is going to improve a whole area of things which will help someone have better control over there life, here are the things I notice from my clients when there diet improves over time, there energy levels go up, giving better moods, controlling stress better,

I help my clients achieve their goals by giving them full support in and out of the gym; I give them all the tools and step by step education so not only do my clients reach their goals working with me but knowing they have the knowledge and confidence to continue on.

There's no secret. It takes plenty of time and hard work, the first step is to have the right guidance than mindset, once that is there. You have to enjoy the journey as much as that end goal otherwise chances of getting there or keeping that body is slim. I help my clients find the right balance to enjoy that journey!

I love seeing how people change, not just physically with their body shape but as there mind becomes stronger, there happier, more smiles :-) have more confidence, they just grow as a person which leads into other area's in their lives and that's a great feeling knowing that I've been part of that.

Well, I've always loved fitness, and a passion for learning for it, and I've always been true people person so combining the two was a no-brainer.

Well I have all the skills that's needed to get the results with my clients, like a lot of personal trainers out there, but one thing a lot of personal trainers don't have is actual true passion for what they do and actually really caring for their clients and giving a quality service, something which I pride myself on is always giving 100% to everyone.
