Never thought I would ever be able to give up smoking, 34years of being a heavy smoker I just couldnt see me quitting, I had tried a few years back ,but failed ,I ended up with some health problems , and desperately needed to do something to stop.
A friend suggested hypnotherapy,
Well I decided to go for it !what can I lose ? I'm extremely happy to say I have been a non- smoker for almost a month, no more coughing fits,no more chest pains,I can actually taste more ,and smell things more and that's just fantastic!

I work with individuals through the realms of PURPOSE. I believe that when one's PURPOSE is aligned, navigating life becomes that much easier, and using the tools gained in coaching will give the individual the power back to reshape their lives and current circumstances

I encountered major life events—a challenging divorce, heartbreaking bereavement—that left deep emotional imprints within me. Amidst these trials, I grappled not only with personal loss but also struggled with another significant issue: my relationship with food and weight. Balancing the demands of being a dedicated mother while juggling a demanding corporate job, I felt an overwhelming sense of never being enough.

Soraya is an amazing, caring and professional therapist. I had a session because, as a busy mom and professional, I wanted to look after myself but I wasn’t able to do it for one reason or another. We had a great conversation before the session and she also shared with me some ideas and suggestions. During the session I felt completely in safe hands and I was able to understand the underlying reasons for not doing it. It was incredible to see clearly why it wasn’t working. Now there is no guilt when I have to take time for myself.
I loved my recording as it included everything I needed to hear in order to change my outdated belief and since then, I have been making great progress to achieve my goal.
Thanks so much Soraya for your help!

I went to see Meera a few weeks ago as I had an important interview coming up and was concerned that nerves and anxiety would get in the way of me being able perform at my best. I arrived at the session feeling a bit unsure of what to expect but Meera immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm manner and welcoming smile. The environment was calm and relaxing which meant the focus could be on the treatment and getting the most out of the consultation. The first part was designed to get to the route of the issue and Meera very quickly captured the essence of what was needed to help me overcome my concerns. We then moved to the hypnotherapy section which was very soothing and conducted in a very professional experienced way. I would recommend Meera to anyone seeking this kind of therapy as she was wonderful and I got the job !!.

Hi there, I'm Ali. I’m a London therapist offering sessions costing £60. I work face to face in Clapham SW4, in East London and online to anyone in the UK. I also offer walk and talk therapy in a variety of green spaces across London. Since you’ve found your way to this page, you’re most likely struggling with something in your life, and may be looking for some help with coping. Feelings and situations in life can be overwhelming and talking to an experienced professional can help you to sort out the jumble and make sense of what’s happening, and what you need. In our counselling sessions, we can talk about whatever is on your mind right now. I'm caring, calm, empathic and easy to talk to. I provide a non-judgmental, confidential space, focused on what you need. Through my own experience, I've seen how counselling can transform the way we think, how we manage relationships and make decisions about our lives. We can work together to find ways to have happy, healthy relationships and to discover what you really want from your life. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and practise in line with their ethical framework.
I'm interested in how our minds work, and how life experiences affect our ways of thinking and relating to others. I have had counselling myself and found it to be life-changing, so I'm pleased to be able to help others in the same way.
In our counselling sessions, we can talk about whatever is on your mind right now. I'm interested in your life and relationships in the here and now, and how earlier life events might have impacted on your relationships with others and yourself. I'm caring, calm, empathic and easy to talk to. I work in a client-centred way, aiming to work with you towards positive change and a more satisfying and authentic life. I usually recommend an initial phone conversation to see if we both feel that we could work well together, and then you can decide if I'm the right person for you.
My therapy sessions are provided online and face to face, so I can work with you from wherever you are in the UK. For online sessions, you just need to find a quiet and confidential space to speak during our time together. For in-person sessions I work from the Awareness Centre in Clapham, near Clapham South tube station.
