Therapist

I've been working with Jayanti for over a year now and I am finally starting to see the results. I had a severe relationship anxiety which felt paralysing and hard to control. Jayanti helped me set goals for myself, undersand how I want to show up in my relationship and create a clear action plan to know exactly what I need to do when I start to feel anxious. Therapist

I’ve been working with Jayanti bi-weekly for the past 4 months primarily focussing on inner child work, trauma and my relationship issues. Since seeing Jayanti I have made huge progress in these areas so for that I am extremely grateful.

Jayanti is kind, gentle and empathetic and offers great professional advice. Her sessions are informative, enjoyable and practical - she often draws diagrams so I can see things visually, this is extremely helpful as they enable me to get out of my head and look at the facts.

After every session Jayanti follows up with an email summarising our session and the key areas I need to focus on as well as worksheets to help me do so, I’d say these worksheets have saved my relationship!

These are the reasons I give Jayanti 5 stars.

When I started my journey with Jay, I was in a scary state of panic and experienced high anxiety levels from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed. Lockdown has definitely had a strong impact on my mental health, resulting into a proper mental breakdown, where everything around me was scary and dark, and I could not function anymore with daily life.
Starting my therapy was the best investment I could have done for myself. The therapy has enabled me to understand my symptoms and work with my brain and body to gain control again. I am still in a learning process, where I feel i grow and mature constantly and I learn to be friend with myself. By going through what for me were the worst scenario in my head, I was able to “rewrite” these scenarios and reduce the negative emotions around them, by balancing them with positive ones. This has been so far incredibly effective for my mental health and what I am very proud of, is how strong the connection with myself is. I learned how to love myself and accept myself for who I am, with anxiety and without, with negative feelings and positive feelings. I learned to listen tO these symptoms and listen to my body which is clearly trying to communicate something to me. I embrace any feelings without beating myself up for any mistake I do. I try Everyday to be compassionate and caring with myself, and this vision emerged through the therapy with Jay as before I used to be very strict with myself resulting in almost hating who I was , and who I was becoming: sick, weak, anxious… (things that now learn to recognise and accept).

Also when with Jay, I feel to be in a safe environment, judgment-free, which helps me to open up easily.
I would recommend Jay’s approach to anyone who struggles to understand their feelings and emotions but also struggle to manage them. I suggest it to anyone who needs to discover their inner selves and who’s ready to start a beautiful journey towards self love.
I am convinced my life has changed since I approached the therapy, and not only restored my faith in life but also opened up a world to me. I now made mental health my priority, and I am everyday keen to learn more and more.

I had a bunch of sessions and these were hugely beneficial. The timing of the sessions were crucial, as I wanted to really dig up issues associated with work in the past before I started an intense new job. Getting to know people through their pains, challenges and experiences. Connecting with people in an open, real way. It feels invigorating and humbling at the same time. Seeing people transform their lives through healing. I feel blessed to do the work I do.

I got interested in mental health after experiencing mental health challenges as a teenager and not having access to professional support or tools for understanding emotions and mental health care. I began to learn internal healing methods based on self-reflection and self-empowerment which were life-changing tools for overcoming harmful behaviours and mental recovery.

I later used other forms of therapy, counseling, DBT and hypnotherapy, for different challenges, each which helped understand and manage symptoms but couldn't remove them completely. It was learning to live with the problem, rather than overcome it.

After a burnout and mental breakdown in 2014, I trained under world-leading human behaviour specialist, Dr Demartini, in cutting edge, advanced self-reflection healing methods. I had experienced transformational results through self-reflection previously, however through highly targetted and precise questioning, what took 6 months to understand, was possible to uncover in a couple of hours .

I decided to commit full-time to bringing these powerful tools to people to help them heal painful experiences that are stopping them from living fulfiling lives. My intention is to help make mental and emotional health care and integrated part of everyday life by transforming the way people understand emotional and mental well-being, during healing and beyond.
